Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All items ship Priority Mail: We offer $6.95 express shipping on items weighing less than 3 pounds, $8.00 express shipping on items weighing 3.1 pounds to 5 pounds, and $10.00 express shipping on items weighing 5.1 pounds to 10 pounds. 

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery.

In-store pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. We ship to addresses within California.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from The Yummy Hubb which will include a tracking number to check the order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactyummyhubb@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has shipped. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. The Yummy Hubb is not responsible for products ordered to an insufficient address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, shipping fees are non-refundable.
At our discretion, we may offer a partial product refund (excluding shipping) or a store credit. Please contact the store at contactyummyhubb@gmail.com if there are problems with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We do not accept returns of perishable items.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or product refund at our discretion.
